Throughout his career, he has developed a comprehensive, detail-driven understanding of court rules, procedural requirements, and the practical challenges attorneys face at every stage of an appeal.
 
As traditional appellate service providers began offering fewer services, delivering inconsistent results, and steadily raising their prices, Brian recognized a widening gap between what attorneys needed and what the industry was willing to provide. Drawing on his experience, he founded Electronic Paralegal LLC to introduce a more intuitive appellate service provider—one built around reliability, efficiency, and fair pricing.
 
As President, Brian shaped Electronic Paralegal into a true appellate support partner, assisting attorneys throughout every step of the appellate process - from the filing of the Notice of Appeal through briefing, argument, and decision. Electronic Paralegal is built to deliver dependable procedural guidance, accurate, rule‑compliant documents, and consistently sharp presentation at an affordable price.
